Announcing New Programs at Emerge!
Over the past month, the team at Emerge has created greater access to programming through the addition of Telehealth services as an option for individual mental health and substance use counseling.
As many of our clients and community members experience transportation as a barrier to engage in treatment, Telehealth can be easily done using your smartphone or laptop from any place in Ohio. To engage in individual Telehealth therapy please call the intake number at 937-272-4925.
In addition, our Walk In Clinic is open on Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Clinical Services Center located at 2960 W Enon Road in Xenia. If transportation is a barrier, and in-person counseling is preferred, give us a call as we can help facilitate a ride.
A new program on the horizon includes Couples & Family Therapy. Emerge is here to address the holistic needs of the entire family to restore hope and rebuild lives. Led by Kenton Durham, SHRM-CP, CDCA, this program was created to involve families in the recovery process. Kenton shares that “for full restoration to be experienced by our clients, we must engage with the systems they are involved in. One of the primary systems affecting our clients are their relationships with family and other significant individuals. When we walk alongside the couple or family unit as a whole, we provide the opportunity to empower multiple individuals so that they can become agents of change in their lives, their relationships, and in their communities.”
