On Saturday, October 19, former Ohio State football coach and President Emeritus of Youngstown State, Jim Tressel will serve as our Honorary Chair for our Signature Event on the Emerge campus in Xenia. Our team is planning an inspiring evening filled with hope, community, and fun.
OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS:
After the building purchase in March 2021, by three entrepreneurs in the skilled trades with hearts to give back, Chris Adams and Kip Morris, Five Star Home Services, and Doug Van Dyke, Van Martin Roofing have assembled a team of experts to bring this vision to life.
In our first year, Emerge has served more than 300 individuals from 16 counties in Ohio. We collaborate with more than 70 community partners to ensure those seeking to rebuild their lives get connected to resources and support. We serve those coming to us from jail, prison, homelessness, other treatment centers as well as adults who are motivated to make a fresh start.
Emerge is nestled on 45 acres and part of a 240,000 square foot mixed-use complex where second-chance businesses, vocational opportunities, and substance use treatment and mental health services work together as a holistic ecosystem of care.
A NEW MODEL TO REBUILD LIVES:
Emerge provides outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services for men and women, 18-64 including Walk-In Clinic hours from 9:00 am-12:00 noon on Monday-Friday.
Men’s Residential Treatment, a comprehensive and individualized 30-60 day substance use disorder program.
Men’s Recovery Housing at Emerge Springs, a next-phase sober living environment conveniently located in Yellow Springs, just five miles from our main campus.
Case management, peer support, and telehealth.
Group, individual, and family counseling.
Faith-based opportunities and 12-step meetings.
Life skills, mentoring, access to vocational training, apprenticeships, and job placement.
