“I first became aware of Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative in 2022 when one of the founders, Doug Van Dyke called me to help with planning an innovative facility to transition individuals into the workforce. I provide professional organization and leadership development for nonprofit organizations in the Dayton area as a SCORE mentor.
After experiencing the commitment and passion of the founders and their core team I was compelled to help. I have since become a repeat donor because of the demonstrated effectiveness of the Emerge concept, and equally important, the impact provided per dollar of my donations. I’m confident that Emerge will be locally successful, and ideally expand their model nationally.”
