Closer to Care, Closer to Home
Springfield Site Opens — Serving Our Neighbors in Need
Our new outpatient site in Springfield represents more than a new location—it is a strengthened bridge into a neighboring county and an extended arm of care for individuals and families seeking healing and restoration. By expanding into this community, Emerge is meeting people closer to where life is already happening, reducing barriers to access while deepening connection and continuity of care. This site allows us to extend restorative work beyond our immediate footprint, reinforcing our commitment to being a reliable presence in every community we serve.
"MHRB is excited for the addition of Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative to its campus of providers located at 1101 E. High Street in Springfield. Emerge is joining an already robust and unique ecosystem of recovery supports." — Adam Kempf, Executive Director of the Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene, & Madison Counties
"With a focus on our neighbors returning to the community from incarceration, as well as those struggling with substance use, Emerge's outpatient clinical services will complement the recovery supports and peer services already being offered." — Adam Kempf
He added that this collaboration directly advances MHRB's vision of "creating and improving pathways to equitable, quality services so everybody and every family has opportunities to lead healthy and fulfilling lives."
Emerge's Springfield outpatient site is located at 1055 E. High Street (Building 3) and is surrounded by trusted community partners, including NAMI, Thrive Peer Support, Clark County Adult Parole, Clark County Re-Entry, Hope Spot, Recovery X, and the Mental Health Recovery Board of Clark, Greene, and Madison Counties.
