Emerge Earns Highest Level of CARF Accreditation

    Back to Blog

We are proud to announce that Emerge has received a three‑year CARF accreditation, the highest level possible, marking a major milestone for our organization. While the survey included recommendations for continued improvement, this achievement affirms that Emerge meets rigorous quality standards at the highest level—an incredible accomplishment for our first CARF accreditation.

This success reflects more than a year of intentional planning, preparation, and cross‑department collaboration. A special thank you goes to Alicia Cormier, who led the oversight of this extensive process with exceptional dedication, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment—even while navigating significant health challenges. Her experience and tenacity were instrumental in guiding us to this outcome.

We are also deeply grateful to Chief Clinical Officer Tracy Williams for her strong leadership throughout this process. Reflecting on the achievement, Tracy shared:

"I'm truly honored to be part of this milestone, but the credit belongs to our entire leadership and numerous other teams who worked tirelessly to make this possible. I'm especially proud of our entire clinical team not only for meeting the highest standards of care, but for achieving zero clinical findings; something that speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to excellence. This accreditation reflects a collective effort, and I'm thankful to be part of a team that cares so deeply about the people we serve." — Tracy Williams, Chief Clinical Officer

In addition, every member of the leadership team worked diligently to ensure their departments met the required quality measures, and we sincerely thank our board members for the time and care taken in reviewing countless policies. As we move forward, we will continue strengthening our services by addressing CARF's recommendations and building on this solid foundation. This accreditation is a testament to teamwork, faith, and a shared commitment to excellence. We are proud of this achievement and the team that made it possible.
