Welcome Our New Director of Development: Allison Steele

Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative is pleased to announce Allison Steele as our new Director of Development, serving the greater Emerge organization.

Allison has been a dedicated leader at Emerge since 2023, most recently serving as the Director of The Trades Institute. During her 2½ years in that role, Allison led tremendous growth—expanding the school from just five students and one pathway to more than 150 students across four career pathways. Her passion for the mission and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on those we serve.

In her new role, Allison is excited to build strong relationships with donors and community partners who make Emerge's work possible. She looks forward to connecting with supporters, learning what inspires their involvement, and sharing how their generosity continues to change lives.
