XENIA — With more than eight years of experience running sober housing programs in Dayton — Adam Gardner has seen it all.

A person in long-term recovery, Gardner knows exactly what it takes to encourage men in recovery to grow spiritually and take responsibility for their lives.

Recently, the former Van Martin Roofing employee took on a new role at Emerge Recovery & Trade Initiative as Housing Director.
